She was heading the Risk Management Division in Malaysia Airports Berhad (MAHB) for nine years, managing key areas such as ERM, BCM, Insurance and Claims Management.

Some of her major contributions in MAHB was the success of establishing and implementing the Business Continuity Management for all International airports and key Domestic airports.

She had also successfully conducted BCM table top and simulation exercises involving the airport’s Aerodrome partners – one of the first of its nature carried out by an Airport operator. She and her Team contributed significantly to the successful implementation of BCM for klia2 Opening.

Past and current engagements and appointments include:

• Program Advisor for Risk Management Degree and Msc program for two local Universities.
• Member of the Technical Working Committee under Department of Standards Malaysia, SIRIM to develop the Risk Management Standard ISO 31000 for Malaysia
• Certified Trainer for DRI Malaysia BCM certification program.
• Trainer for SIRIM – ERM 1SO 31000 program
• Certified ISO 31000 Lead Manager from PECB

• Awarded Highly Commended Risk Management Solution by Institute of Risk Management (IRM), U.K in 2014 – for the RMIS implementation in MAHB.
• Awarded the Best BCM Organization for GLC/Public sector by DRI, U.S in 2014 – for the successful implementation of BCM during klia2 Airport Opening Day.
