We provide consultancy to establish an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program based on ISO 31000 – a globally recognized standard for ERM.
The Statement of Risk Management and Internal Control issued by Bursa in 2014 strengthens the need for organizations to put in place a structured, effective and efficient risk management program.
The Board of Directors through its Board Risk Management Committee has a fiduciary responsibility to ensure that the risks in the organization are effectively managed through a structured program and consistently reviewed; in protecting the interest of shareholders and stakeholders. This in accordance with Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and Bursa’s Statement on Risk Management and Internal Control.
In upholding an organization’s Vision and Mission, a structured and robust Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program are undeniably needed and are no longer merely best practices. |
